"Now, that’s what I do —both for myself and for others. Whether it’s a book, TV series, brand, or creative project, I help shape stories that resonate–and sell."

About

I’ve always been a writer. Long before I had a career, I was filling notebooks with stories, observations, and ideas, trying to make sense of the world through words.

Before I even sold my first novel, The Possibility of Fireflies, to Simon & Schuster, it was optioned for film. “Everything you write feels like a movie,” one producer told me. That moment shifted everything—it showed me how stories can take on new life across platforms.

Getting an independent film made isn’t for the faint of heart, but that journey led me somewhere unexpected: true crime television. Writing real stories with the highest of stakes taught me how to build tension, shape emotion, and craft narratives that make an audience feel something—all while sticking to the facts.

And then?

I RAN WITH IT

I built a career writing and producing for hit shows, and developed original unscripted TV series for major networks. Along the way, I also wrote editorial features, ghostwrote for brands and public figures, helped musicians craft concept albums, and consulted on book-to-screen adaptations. My career wasn’t a ladder—it was a jungle gym. But the common thread was always the same: story.
